Job Purpose |
Under general supervision the Application Engineer/Engineering Analyst provides all analysis, coordination and control for the processing of engineered motor control center orders. This includes analyzing order specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions, resolving and documenting exceptions and questions, instructing and coordinating mechanical and electrical drafting work, generating of bills of material, purchasing special equipment, coordinating activities during manufacturing, assembly, and test, making changes and revisions, and managing the commercial aspects of the order. Take lead for project management process for each order, including project plan and project delivery tracking till shipment accomplished. To provide technical and engineering support to Client company Field Sales Offices for Motor Control Centers and related equipment. |

Key Responsibilities |
· Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing MCC & ESB customer project which require the commitment of significant skills and resource. · Manage team members on project, internal sub contract and 3rd sub contract. · Manage multi function and multi vender efforts to plan and implement multiple, integrated system solution to customer’s complex project. · Organizational competencies strong leadership skill, financial skills and logistic skills. · Ability to resolve conflicting situations, effective problem solving skills. · Critical thinking, planning and organizing skills · Effective communication skills. · High level of expertise of project management. · Understanding of automation solution, with basic knowledge of LVMCC, IC components, standard drive. |

· B.S. Electrical Engineering Degree or related degree. · At least 5 years experience on electrical engineering delivery · Be familiar with electrical automation solution · Project management experience, at least 3 years |
