an exhaustive search of the related industry for suitable individuals
discrete approach and informed selling of the position to the ‘best’ individuals

coordination of negotiations between the individual and the client to ensure a successful acquisition
verification of assessment, experience and qualifications via reference and third party probity checks
Executive Selection
most typically for junior or middle-level management positions, and normally used in conjunction with database search
interrogating the client to obtain a full and detailed assignment specification
preparation and booking of high profile classified advertisements in relevant media and with relevant content (may or may not mention client’s name)collation, screening and interviewing ‘best’ candidates from the response (and from database search)
client receives short-list of ‘best’ candidates and has the option of receiving all CVs received from advertisement
coordination of negotiations between the individual and the client to ensure successful acquisition

Project Recruitment
typically when client requires multiple positions filled within a limited timeframe
interrogation of client in relation to organization structure and resourcing needs, with specifications for each position
involves a combination of executive search, executive selection and database search by a number of consultants
Non Executive Direct Search
similar process as Executive Searchsearch through our database of retired or self-employed individuals who possess executive or director-level experience within relevant industries
co-ordinate introductions and negotiations of role, deliverables, relationship and ‘salary’
Interim Management
typically when client has requirement for a senior-level executive to lead a critical project on a full-time autonomous basis, but only for a specific or flexible period of time
search through our database of pre-assessed verified self-employed or ‘immediately available’ individuals who possess executive or director-level experience within relevant industries or assignments
facilitate meeting and project outline, compilation of project proposal (deliverables, timeframes, resource requirements, cost)
contract with both parties and negotiate client / individual fee (client shielded from direct relationship)
co-ordination and facilitation of project delivery until and beyond completion of assignment
Interim Mentors / Advisors
typically when client requires a very senior executive-level individual on an ad-hoc consultative basis, to act as a corporate mentor, advisor or ‘personal trainer’ to the CEO or executive team

Contracting
typically when client requires multiple resources (technical, accounting, data entry, administrative, etc) for a specific project
advertise and search through our database of immediately available and suitable candidates
present short-list for each position, co-ordinate interviews and negotiate client / individual fees
contract with both parties and provide individuals to that client for the duration of the project either on secondment or independent contractor basis
Staff Leasing /Employment Outsourcing
typically used in emerging markets or large-scale manufacturing scenarios, the client totally out sources the HR Management function of a large body of staff to LORD Worldwide
all staff employed by LORD Worldwide who provides them to the client, all HR related issues such as recruitment, induction, training, occupational health and safety, payroll management, industrial relations and legislative issues managed by LORD Worldwide
