Job Summary

Work closely with the CFO of China and Far East , and ensure that all of there sponsibilities pertaining to the accounting department are met.

Develop and direct the activities of the professional staff involved with the financialaspects of operations, including forecasting planning, budgeting credit and collections, cost accounting and financial control system

The incumbent will be leading a small team of 5 finance & accounting subordinates in Shanghai office

Responsibilities/daily tasks

Report to the CFO and be responsible for all accounting functions

Providing analytical budgetary & financial planning/reporting support to senior management

Analyze financial information. Write report about budget and financial planning.Provide those reports to senior management to support their work.

Establishing and maintaining internal controls, external financial reporting

Interface with external auditors, handling all corporate tax matters

Contact with external auditors, handling all tax issues/ matters of the company

Qualifications

Master degree or above

At least 10 years experience in accounting work

Work experience in foreign company is a must

Work experience in industry engineering company is a must

Excellent English speaking, written skills
