Responsibilities:
- To design, develop and conduct leadership development training and organization development projects.
- To formulate and implement strategies to build up Shanghai’s branch knowledge in the company’s products/solutions.
- To maintain the company’s corporate image, ensuring high visibility in the market place through effective project delivery activities.
- To work with client’s senior management team to identify leadership developmentneeds and devise strategy in support of achieving client’s business goals.
- To grow the business in Shanghai, at all times being fully aware of servicing theclient, expanding the client portfolio, maintaining and increasing sales revenue and achieving the specified revenue and profit targets.
Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated, demonstrate high initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Goal-orientatedwith an ability to act decisively and perform independently in completingprojects.
- Maturity,diplomacy and energy to monitor business relationships with client’s senior level management.
- Confident but not arrogant to satisfy the significant demands presented by a high profile and key position within the company.
- Stature and vision commensurate with the seniority of this position.
