Position: Business Developer, Total Rewards
Primary focus will be on aligning offers in total compensation and benefits with business needs and thus identifying potential target clients, and leveraging channels to connect with the targets.
- Collaborating with business practices for marketing and sales planning; interacting with business practices at scoping, proposing and other stages during sales cycle.
- Organizing / supporting marketing activities; acting as the /"face/" of us in public events
- Developing / maintaining relationships with important channels
- Continuously feeding back to business practices on new service needs and development initiatives.
- Developing / updating sales and marketing status information (sales tracker, key client / target client tracker).
- Managing the commercial negotiation to close the contract.
Qualifications:
- Above 5 years/' sales experience: experience as Sales & Account Manager is preferred, and employment at Financial Institutions or Professional Service firms is a plus.
- Channel management experience or industry associations is sought after.
- Need to be good at networking and relationship building and leveraging.
- Capabilities of business analysis, and using the findings to plan , marketing and sales are truly treasured.
- Communication, presentation and questioning skills are the fundamentals.
- Ability to learn new things fast and to deal with ambiguity cannot be missed.
