Description:
Working closely with the software engineering teams that are based in China and the US designing solutions for customers that are around the world. You will be responsible for planning, tracking and reporting progress for the projects through a product development lifecycle and driving results. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project on time and driving a high level of quality while continuingly improving the development process.
Qualification:
Experiences:
- Minimum 4 years'' experiences as a program/project manager
- Experienced the whole lifecycle of large software development project.
- Experience of cross functional and distributed teams
- Work experience in a related international environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodoligies (SCRUM) and process improvement (CMMi) preferred.
Skills:
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Understanding of basic Project Management skills, balancing time, budget and scope for software projects
- Understand fundamental process steps and deliverables in creating Interactive projects, from concept to deployment
- Familiarity with software engineering project life cycles
- Team player
- Good documentation skills
- Results-focused and willing to challenge obstacles
- Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of PMBOK knowledge areas
- Ability to work with international teams
