Participates in PLM implementation project or application management project, responsible for leading project team to fulfill projectobjectives on schedule, within budget, and with quality
• Participates inbusiness process assessment, analysis, design and implementation consultingengagements, both packaged and customized
• Understands howinformation technology interfaces with the functional groups within anorganization
• Constructsconceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volumeestimates
• Analyzes customerbusiness process requirements
• Ensures clearunderstanding of customer''s requirements, in validating the business process analysis, design and implementation from proposal through deployment
• Participating inthe design and development of software solutions based on client requirements. Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology andmethodology in designing software solutions.
• Developsmulti-level relationships with customers and leads cross-functional designteams to understand and investigate the current business process design,identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, inefficient workflowsand other design factors.
• Participates inall phases of implementation projects.
• Installs andconfigures PTC Windchill, UGS Teamcenter software
• Willing to travel,(domestic/international)
• More than 4 yearsexperience in industry or PDM/PLM field (must have)
• Specialized in PTCWind chill or UGS Team center solutions or DS Matrix1, demonstrates technicalarchitecting and solution packaging skills
• Experience indeveloping proposals and statements of work
• State-of-the-artsolution architecture design with object-oriented analysis/design as well asthe common design patterns. Be able to use Rational Rose or other tools tomodel
• Expertise in UNIXshell scripting and Oracle
• Ability to thinkcreatively and collaborate with international teams.
• Must beself-motivated and demonstrate strong ability to manage task priority andmultiple projects concurrently..
• Demonstrateexcellent oral and written communication skills as well as clearly articulatetechnical issues both written and verbally.
• Strongorganizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Customer serviceoriented, i.e. patience and politeness with demanding customers.
• Good command of English
